How do I get started?

Getting started is easy!

There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be practising or aspiring team leaders or supervisors with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.

In practice this usually means that you will need experience from a current or previous position which you can discuss within written assessments. If you are not currently in a management role you should have access to a team leader or manager in order to effectively answer the assignment questions.

It would also be of benefit if students are able to communicate clearly and effectively in writing; in particular those written formats commonly seen in a business context, for example business reports or letters.

If you have any queries just call one of our team on Freephone 0800 678 1053 to discuss entry qualifications, payment options, study support or any other questions you may have.
